Most counties require building permits for all structures except agricultural structures.
To determine if your building will qualify as an “Agricultural-use building” you may want to call the county where you are building.
Generally we advise you to permit the buildings regardless. If you park a car, RV or anything other than tractors, the county will consider it Non-Agricultural. Please fill out the following quotation form.
